♡ WHEN DO YOU CLOSE? HOW LONG IS THE STORE OPEN?
JIJIDRAWS.shop is currently open indefinitely! I won't be closing between seasons per se but the Patron part of my shop is closed to patrons only. So they'll get dibs on new drops and patron exclusives there before new drops are publicly released!
♡ WILL THESE ITEMS BE AVAILABLE LATER?
I can't say with certainty! Most items once they are sold out, that's kind of it. Unless the demand for something is immense I generally move on to new merch! It keeps it fresh and exciting, to constantly be a revolving door of new designs. (Old prints/sold out prints get retired to my INPRNT shop!)

♡ WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please expect your orders, at this time, to arrive anywhere from 2 weeks+ from your ordering date. We do try to be timely though so it could be sooner!
My awesome fulfillment agent Jennifer is at this time the only person fulfilling and packing all your orders for your safety. ♡
Please be aware that we, like every other business at this time, am also subject to COVID related delays. I will always announce via a banner on the website, or via our social media, as soon as I become aware of delays!
If you’re ordering ready-to-ship items with a preorder item please be aware your order will not ship until your preorder item arrives! If you’d like to avoid this, I recommend putting in two different orders to get your ready-to-ship items much more quickly. If you don’t mind waiting, great! You’ll get your whole order as soon as I am able to send it.
♡ WHY IS SOME OF MY ORDER MISSING?
If you are missing part of your order then you might be missing the PRINT ON DEMAND items! Print on demand orders ship separately at no extra cost to you from our third party fulfilment warehouse. :D If you ordered stickers, prints, pins, then those came directly from me in Nevada! You'll get another tracking number when the rest ships.

Do I get my order faster?
As a general rule of thumb, the more you pay for shipping, the faster you will receive it. HOWEVER:
Please note there is a difference between shipping time and fulfillment time. Fulfillment covers the time it takes me to receive your order, pick the item(s), package the order, and prepare it for shipment.
Shipping covers the time it takes for your package to travel from my gengar filled cave to your door. Once a package is picked up by the postal service, I have no control over how quickly it gets delivered to you. If you have a unique circumstance that requires fulfillment before a certain date please reach out and I will try to help you.
♡ WHO DO I REACH OUT TO FOR HELP?
*Jennifer does her best to answer within 72 hours! Please remember I am just one person and so is Jennifer and we get many emails a day. We do our best to check emails all day long from 9AM PST to at least 5PM PST.

The short answer is no, not at this time. All LAST CHANCE items are, as the listing indicated, final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges! Thank you.
♡ WHO PAYS THE CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX?
If you are ordering from outside the United States, you may be charged customs or duty taxes. Jiji Knight Illustrations LLC/Jijidraws.shop is not responsible for these charges as they are a result of your individual country's importing and tax laws. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to situate those fees their government and post office in order to obtain their order.
Please note that I cannot mark your order as a gift. If your items are not paid for, they will most likely be returned to sender and end up back in my hands. In these cases, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise, but cannot refund the shipping and handling fee. You are welcome to pay the cost of reshipping however if you'd still like to receive your items..!
♡ I ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS! (OR: I MOVED!) WHAT DO I DO?
If I haven't shipped your order yet then reach out to me as soon as possible at email@example.com! I will do my best to get the address updated before your shipment goes out.
♡ MY PACKAGED IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING? WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once it leaves our hands it is up to the delivery company chosen at checkout to deliver the items safely to you. That being said!
If your item has already shipped and is shown as delivered, it is asked of you perform the following steps:
- Check your confirmation email and make sure you entered the correct address! It's too late for us to update it since it was not caught in time but the shipping company you chose might be able to change it in their system and retrieve the delivered package for re-delivery?
- Confirm that your tracking information gives the status "Delivered" and does not have a status update or warning that could interfere with delivery. (Sometimes it will say it's on it's way back to me! That means an incomplete address was given so you did not give me an apartment/unit number, etc.)
- Contact the mail carrier you selected (UPS, USPS, etc.) with your tracking number and see what steps they have you take!
- If applicable, contact the apartment complex/building/facility you had your item shipped to and attempt to confirm delivery.
- Check your mailbox or anywhere else you actively receive mail! Sometimes carriers put package type items somewhere else if they do not fit in your mailbox.
- Wait. Wait a few days! Shipping companies, USPS especially, will sometimes mark something delivered ahead of time and then actually deliver it later on. It's kind of odd! But it happens!
I cannot replace packages that go missing as a small business. If you have taken all of these steps and are still unable to obtain your package, please email me. I'll still do my best to try and reach a happy conclusion for us both, like giving you the option of repurchasing it at a discount. :')
If your package is seemed lost, you have repurchased it, and the original package you bought makes it's way back to my hands? I will refund the repurchased order, sans shipping costs! :D
♡ I PUT IN AN ORDER ALREADY BUT ORDERED MORE.
CAN MY SHIPPING BE COMBINED?
Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and I will try my best to help with that! The ability to combine orders is on a case-by-case basis. Generally speaking once I hit a certain volume of orders during an open-shop period, I cannot combine them.
Print on Demand orders are shipped by third parties and will come on their own. I have absolutely no control over Print on Demand orders!
♡ WHAT ARE THE STICKERS MADE FROM?
ARE THEY WATER PROOF?
According to our manufacturer: “all materials are 2-4 year weatherproof withstanding everything from sunny days to the harshest of weather. Durable for cars, dishwashers, and anything else you could think of.”
♡ HOW BIG ARE YOUR STICKERS?
I try to make them big!!!
All stickers will be at least 3” – 4” on their longest side. I try to post every size as accurately as possible on each sticker listing.
♡ ARE PRINTS GICLÉE?
Some of my prints are giclée! But some are digital art prints. If you'd like a giclée print please email me or check out my INPRNT where all the prints they make are "gallery-quality giclée art print on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks. Each art print is listed by sheet size and features a minimum one-inch border." ♡
DIGITAL VS GICLÉE //
The difference between a digital print and a giclée print is longevity.
Digital art prints are produced by a commercial ink-jet printer. Typically, these are pigment-based rather than dye-based inks like a home inkjet printer. They're likewise produced with quality paper and inks but the items are typically non-archival which means that they are equivalent to poster or photo quality.
Giclée is the first and only fine art print to be made with an ink jet printer. Pronounced, zhee’clay, the word comes from the French, meaning to spray, which is exactly what an ink jet printer does. Because of the pigments and quality print medium, giclée prints demonstrate longevity with fade-resistant colors. My giclée prints are printed professionally in New York with an inkjet printer using archival toner and archival 80# poster stock.
♡ ARE PRINTS SIGNED?
At this time they are not! But if you bring it by to a convention I am at or if I have an appearance somewhere, I'd be happy to sign it then.

✦PRINT ON DEMAND FAQ✦
WHAT IS PRINT ON DEMAND?
PRINT ON DEMAND is a service provided by a third party where they use DTG (direct to garment) printing to print your apparel! That means your order goes from our storefront to their system so they can fulfill the order. Due to pandemic related and wildfire related delays, it will roughly take one to two weeks (domestic) for a POD order to find its way to you!
CAN I CANCEL MY PRINT ON DEMAND ORDER?
Please get in touch ASAP. They generally go DIRECTLY into fulfillment once they are ordered, meaning the order is automatically sent into their system to be printed and shipped to you. In most cases: a print on demand order cannot be cancelled..!
CAN I RETURN MY PRINT ON DEMAND ORDER?
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns on print on demand orders. This is for the health and safety of all parties involved. Thank you for understanding!
HELP! THERE IS A YELLOW SQUARE AROUND THE ART ON MY ITEM! (ALTERNATIVELY: HELP, MY ITEM SMELLS)
WHAT DO I DO?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
The fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, the quality control team will include a card explaining that it's from the fixation agent.
ARE THE TEES UNISEX?
Yes! Tees are either unisex Bella + Canvas 3001, unisex Next Level 3600, or unisex Gildan 5000.
MY TEE SIZE IS SOLD OUT! WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?
With print on demand, our size availability depends on what the suppliers have! Unfortunately at this time, because of the pandemic, there is a very large apparel shortage happening worldwide.
I DON'T SEE MY SIZE AT ALL. WILL YOU BE STOCKING IT?
Like we mentioned above, with print on demand our size availability depends on what the suppliers have! Unfortunately at this time, because of the pandemic, the apparel shortage happening worldwide means practically all sizes above 2X and 3X are no longer in stock and won't be stocked for months to our current knowledge. I hope to be able to offer at least up to a 5X as soon as I am able..! Thank you for understanding.
WHAT IS DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING?
IS IT SCREENPRINTING?
Direct to garment is not screenprinting! Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. DTG is generally considered a more sustainable fashion source. It allows us to print one-offs to avoid overproduction and textile waste.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO MUCH?
If you ordered a print on demand item, part of your shipping cost went to paying our third party provider to ship you your tee! The other part went to my shop to ship you your pin or sticker or whatever non-POD item(s) you’ve ordered.
If you did not order a print on demand item, USPS/UPS/DHL sets the rates based on weight! Unfortunately we have no control over how much that is to wherever you may be currently residing.
