♡ WHAT DOES YOUR RETURN PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
I am happy to accept returns within 30 days of the order being ship (or 60 days for international folx)! Just ship it all back to me in the original condition you received to the address on the label. When I have it in hand, I will refund the cost of the item(s), not including shipping and handling.

Please note that it may take your bank up to 30 days or a full billing cycle to process a refund. If you are due a refund and have still not received it after 30 days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company. Thank you!

Exchanges are subject to availability! I will do our best to accommodate your exchange request but items sell out quickly. Generally speaking I do not allow for exchanges but judge it on a case-by-case basis.

You may cancel your order any time while I am open!
After I close, please get in touch as soon as you can to the closing date. Otherwise I’m afraid your order will be shipped and will no longer be eligible to be cancelled.

The short answer is no, not at this time. All LAST CHANCE items are, as the listing indicated, final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges! Thank you.
♡ OH NO! MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED BACK TO YOU. WHAT CAN I DO?
As I am a small business: the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original shipping fees and re-shipping fees are non-refundable.
Buyers who have had items returned due to incorrect addresses, missing address information, unpaid customs fees, and other extenuating circumstances will be sent an invoice for their the order and be asked to pay for the re-shipping of the item(s) to them! Thank you for understanding.
♡ CAN I CANCEL MY PRINT ON DEMAND ORDER?
Unfortunately nearly any and all print on demand orders go into fulfilment nearly immediately! They are automatically put into the queue to be on its way to be printed and sent to you. Please email help@jijidraws.shop with the subject "URGENT: PRINT ON DEMAND ORDER" as soon as possible to get any help if time allows! I am generally at my desk anywhere from 10 AM PST through 6 PM PST.
♡ CAN I RETURN MY PRINT ON DEMAND ORDER?
At this time, we cannot accept returns on print on demand orders. This is for the health and safety of all parties involved. Print on demand orders are final sale. Thank you for understanding!
